At Angela Phillips Yoga my offerings include workshops, small group private classes, private sessions and yoga continuing education programs. My public classes are all held at Studio Bamboo, https://studiobambooyoga.com/ I encourage students to discover awareness of the body-temple, the breath, the heart, and the mind. A committed student has the potential to see a greater range of motion in the joints, more energy, deeper breathing capacity, flexibility and strength, better posture and postural habits, and a stronger nervous system. Whether you are on an introspective journey to deepen your practice or a beginner, all students are welcome, from the beginner to the experienced.
