Cultivate your own practice with private sessions offered by director/owner Angela Phillips. Customized private yoga sessions are available. Live in person or live on Zoom. 50 minutes

Individual session: $75

Small Group Private Asana Sessions

Bring a friend or 2 and practice with Angela. Customized private yoga sessions for a maximum of 3 students. 50 minutes

Group session: $75 plus $20 for each additional student

Restorative Breathwork®/Spiritual Mentoring

$75 per session (75 minutes). Live in person or live on Zoom

Enlightened Office

Busy schedules and long work days can hinder a regular yoga practice. Angela Phillips Enlightened Office program brings yoga to the workplace and transforms an office or conference room into a private studio. Local companies and large corporations have enlisted Enlighted Office and found that yoga at the workplace helps build community, improves concentration, and increases productivity. Yoga props are provided and the classes are individualized to meet the needs of each workplace.

Therapeutic Foundations

Yoga therapy is the process of empowering students to progress towards improved physical health and mental well-being through the application of the teachings and practices of yoga. Yoga therapy takes us beyond habituated patterns in thought and form. Focuses include balance recovery, bone building, strength and flexibility, nervous system repair, postural repatterining and sharper mental acuity. Appropriate for all students.

Yin

Called “The Quiet Practice” by its founder Paul Grilley, Yin Yoga offers a framework for attending to the forgotten inner realms of body, heart, and mind. While the approach may seem simple — holding floor-based postures for several minutes — the results are transformative. Yin Yoga focuses on working deeper tissues - ligaments, joints, deep fascial tissues, and bones and offers a unique opportunity to ease and release deeply held tension in the physical body, unleash stagnant or blocked energy, and cultivate peacefulness in the heart and mind.Yin Yoga is not to meant to replace other forms of yoga; it is designed to balance the heat building side of yoga and other forms of exercise. Appropriate for all students.  

Master Class

Including mindful movement, pranayama and meditation, experienced students challenge themselves to deepen their practice beyond asana. The 8 limbed path informs the structure and sequence of this class. This is a private class, if interested please contact Angela

Yard Yoga (seasonal)

An all levels, outdoor class that is steady and mindful, focused on building strength, flexibility and stamina. Primarily standing postures paired with thoughtful sequencing to inspire you to move intelligently and deliberately.

Sacred Sundays

A gentle breath practice supporting the movement of the entire self into stillness. We cultivate an attentive awareness of the breath, gently modifying the breath in sync with its natural rhythms. This unique approach allows our breath to open up naturally, freeing stagnant energy flow. As our practice deepens, we begin to experience a still point, a natural pause in the breath.Yogic scholars speak of this pause as an infinite space, an entranceway to meditation. In the pause a silence gently comes upon us. Settling into this silence, for even a little while, is immensely impactful. In this inner quiet, there is a vibrancy, a quality of consciousness that is transforming. As our meditation deepens, these moments of silence lengthen, enhancing an expanded awareness and inner vibrancy.
